Periods of change can leave us questioning what matters most, where we're heading, and whether the life we're living still feels true to us. My coaching provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you are, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

I believe meaningful and lasting change often begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. Together, we'll explore what's important to you, the challenges you're facing, and how you can create a life that feels more connected to your values, aspirations, and sense of self.

Coaching that helps you create a life that feels like yours.

Understanding Who You Are

Many people come to coaching believing they need help making a decision or solving a problem. While that can certainly be part of the process, I often find that the deeper questions lie beneath the surface.

Periods of change, uncertainty and transition can challenge our sense of who we are. Career changes, parenthood, relationship changes, health challenges, or shifting priorities can all lead us to question whether our lives still reflect the person we want to be.

Alongside these experiences, we are often navigating expectations from family, friends, workplaces, communities and society. Sometimes we adapt to those expectations because they help us feel accepted, successful, understood or safe. In many cases, those adaptations have served an important purpose.

Yet over time, some people begin to notice a growing disconnect between who they are, who they have become, and who they want to be.

My coaching is centred around helping people explore that gap with curiosity, honesty and compassion. Not to become someone different, but to understand themselves more fully and make choices that feel more aligned with what truly matters to them.

How I Work

Coaching is a partnership. Not someone telling you which path to take, but a supportive companion walking alongside you as you explore what feels right for you. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about your experiences, challenges, hopes and uncertainties.

My approach is holistic and human-centred. I believe we are whole people whose experiences, relationships, work, values and circumstances all influence one another. Because of this, coaching is rarely about a single issue in isolation. Instead, we explore the wider picture and what it means for you.

A key part of this process is developing a deeper understanding of yourself. As part of my coaching packages, clients can complete a DISC profile which can provide valuable insight into behavioural patterns, communication preferences and natural strengths, creating another opportunity for reflection and self-awareness alongside our coaching conversations.

One of the strongest influences on my coaching comes from my experience supporting people through emotionally significant experiences in NHS, charitable and crisis support settings. This experience taught me that emotions are not something to avoid or move past quickly. They are often valuable sources of insight into what matters most to us.

Coaching is not therapy, but coaching conversations can sometimes be emotional. When emotions arise, they are welcome. I am comfortable creating space for them, exploring them thoughtfully, and helping clients use those insights to better understand themselves and the changes they want to make.

At times our conversations may focus on reflection and deeper understanding. At other times they may focus on action, momentum and practical progress. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for where you are and what you need.

When People Often Come To Coaching

People come to coaching for many different reasons. You may be:

  • Considering a career change or facing professional uncertainty

  • Adjusting to becoming a parent

  • Navigating relationship changes, separation or divorce

  • Adapting to changes in health, disability or long-term illness

  • Adjusting to new responsibilities or life circumstances

  • Feeling pulled between competing expectations and priorities

  • Exploring questions around purpose, direction or fulfilment

  • Feeling disconnected from who they are or the life they are living

  • Looking to create a life that feels more aligned with what matters most to them

You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. Sometimes coaching starts simply with recognising that something feels different and wanting the space to explore it.

What You Can Gain

Every coaching journey is unique, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. However, people often leave coaching with a greater understanding of themselves, increased clarity around their priorities and decisions, and a stronger sense of alignment between what matters to them and how they choose to live.

I am here to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and better able to invest your time and energy in the life you want to create.
